Carol's approach for teaching  is similar to her personality – relaxed, with a sense of humor and compassion. Sessions can be remote or onsite, and there may be multiple sessions to fully address a topic. Each session is generally two hours for groups and one hour for individuals, as the objective is to share enough information to be useful without it being overwhelming.
